Do you work with building managing agents (syndics)?
Yes. Work affecting common areas (entrance doors, bike rooms, cellars, car-park doors) is coordinated with the syndic or the owners’ council: written request, quote addressed to the manager, and an intervention report. For building master key systems, we work with the existing key plan.
Can you come outside our shop’s opening hours?
Replacing a shop lock is best scheduled outside customer-facing hours. Tell us your constraints when you get in touch: we agree on a slot that doesn’t interrupt your business.
Do you provide the documents our accounting team needs?
Every intervention comes with a prior quote and an itemised invoice in your company’s name, showing parts and labour. On request, we send these documents directly to your accounting team or property manager.
What is a master key system?
A hierarchical key plan in which each key opens a defined set of doors: a grand master key for the manager, partial masters per department or floor, individual keys per room. It simplifies access management and can be partially rebuilt if a key is lost, without replacing every lock.
